Karen Hurley Alderman,  Designated Broker.  Karen joined Lake Cushman Realty in February 2002 as the office manager. In September of that year she became a licensed salesperson and in 2006 she received her Associate Brokers license. In January of 2008, Karen became the Designated Broker when she and Art Remsbecker bought Lake Cushman Realty. Karen is a native of Washington and she and her family live at Lake Cushman. Art Remsbecker, ABR  Art Remsbecker and his wife Jean bought a home at Lake Cushman in 1999 and have spent many weekends here. They truly fell in love with the area and decided to move here full time. He has owned a few parcels of land and numerous homes around the western United States. Art owned and operated a tropical fish wholesale company for twenty years. He is hard working and honest and would like to make your real estate experience a pleasant one. Linda Sund  Linda is also very experienced in the real estate industry. She was initially licensed in California in 1980 and has been a property manager and assistant controller for 13 years. In 1993, Linda moved to Hoodsport and became the office manager for Sund & Sons, Inc. Linda handled all county and state permitting for septics and rock bulkheads, along with all of the obligations of an office manager. Linda has also finished a 3 year program at South Puget Sound Community College where she received a paralegal certificate. lindalsund@yahoo.com

Brian Sund  Brian has been a long time resident of Hoodsport. Brian’s great-grandfather homesteaded in Hoodsport in 1889. He is the son of Bob and Donna Sund also long time residents of Hoodsport.  He was initially licensed to sell real estate in 1975 and he has bought, sold, and subdivided property in the Cushman area for many years. Brian has also held a real estate license in California where he built custom homes for speculation. brianssund@yahoo.com

Harry Ames has owned property at Lake Cushman since 1972 as a vacationer, and has been a permanent resident since 1994.  Harry is a former General Contractor, owner of a general contracting company, and licensed in Real Estate since 1973.  You can email him at lakecush@hctc.com  

Lois Brisbin  An Olympic Peninsula native, Lois Brisbin was born and raised in Port Angeles. Growing up on a farm and in a country store she came to appreciate the lifestyle of a small community. It's not to say she did not try big city living. In her 34 years of married life, she and her husband, Mike, have lived all up and down the west coast selling, moving and buying at least eight homes. Always anxious to return to the beautiful Olympics, the Brisbin's moved back in 2001. Lois supervised the building of their dream house overlooking the lower lake and is enjoying their new home and the people she and her husband have met.

Prior to moving back to this area, Lois' career was primarily in the dental and medical fields. She loves people, pets and enjoys helping with design and landscape ideas. She has had experience with buying land, single family homes, condos, and new construction. Lois' hobbies include cooking, golf, hiking, gardening and relaxing with a good glass of wine. Vicki Sotka Vicki Sotka and her husband Ron came to Lake Cushman for a vacation in 1996 and found their dream home overlooking the beautiful lake. Vicki has been selling Avon for seven years and had her own business in California for 10 years. She loves her pets, friends, golfing and fishing.
